Katie is an undergraduate who will be working on allelopathy as a mechanism for the invasive success Brazilian pepper. She was selected as a 2012-2013 University Scholar!

Our paper comparing the performance of native and introduced plant populations across multiple common gardens just came out in Ecology!
11/2011 – New paper in Ecosphere
In our paper that just came online in Ecosphere we show that the accumulation of pathogens on invasive Microstegium can have significant ecological consequences.
10/2011 – China Expedition
Luke is just back from a trip with Ari Novy (Rutgers Univ) and Shenglan Zeng (Fudan Univ) to Shanghai, Wuhan, and Beijing China. We collected samples for a Microstegium pop gen study, gave presentations, and saw some great sites.
